Reader feedback is only valuable when it can be trusted. For that reason each submission is examined against the standards below ahead of going live.
Rules for writing a review
- First-hand play. Write only about rounds you have genuinely played yourself.
- Off limits: false claims, appeals to organise group action, promotion of any kind, website addresses and hyperlinks, private details of any person, and intimidation.
- Respectful tone. Vulgar or insulting wording will not be accepted.
- Length. Your text needs a minimum of 50 characters, spaces counted.
- Editing your review. Email our support address from the same mailbox you entered in the review form. We will delete the original, and you are free to post a fresh one.

Moderation process
A moderator reads every submission first. Approved reviews go live no later than 48 hours after they reach us, while those that break these rules may be rejected or deleted.
Authenticity checks
Our aim is that each opinion shown here comes from someone who actually played, so a dedicated verification system screens all reviews.
- Automated screening. Every review is processed by software that looks at the wording, the IP address, characteristics of the device, geographic data and any suspicious patterns.
- Continued oversight. Reviews keep being watched once they are online.
- Takedown. When a review looks very likely to be fabricated, we delete it and tell the author by email.
Think we got it wrong?
You may send evidence that you played. Examples we accept:
- a game screenshot that shows your name or email address;
- messages from a casino that confirm you have an account and have played;
- a screenshot of the game history in your casino account, displaying your name or email together with Chicken Road.
Reply to the takedown email with your evidence, or send it to support@chickenroad.my.
